Valkyr 1 is spiderman ability, not very useful except for fun memes. Valkyr 2 is attack speed (subsumable and pretty good) 3 is useless 4 is good. Talons are not very good though. If you want to try out a similar frame, I'd recommend try out Garuda as well, especially since Garuda's claws can use bloodrush and weeing wounds.
On casting, Valkyr becomes a white-hot ball of kitty fury. This is a drain Ability, so it is important to keep an eye on your Energy. In this state of intense fury, Valkyr will become invulnerable and will attack with her exalted talons. These attacks cause Damage to nearby enemies. Valkyr will also heal herself by 5% of the total Damage.Also, Valkyr can abuse shield gating, and Inaros cannot. I only use 4 when I’m about to die and then turn it off when I’m back to full health. But then again, her 4 feels a bit monotonous. I never use it to fight waves of enemies. The armor buff is based off of the affected Warframe's base armor value, and therefore stacks additively with other armor bonuses. If DE unnerf subesumed abilities and give the rest some significant effects, Nourish will not be used as much. That's it.Valkyr is a great frame and amazing for Lich hunting, she lacks big aoe and utility. Her 1 is only useful in niche situations and 3 is only useful in gimmick builds. Hysteria is great and fun but her claws can be out DPS’d by non exalted melee weapons. That said my valkyr has like 70% usage so 👍. Subsuming Mirage to the Helminth will offer Eclipse and its augments to be used by other Warframes. However, Subsumed Eclipse's damage reduction caps at 75% and damage bonus is reduced to 2% / 9% / 15% / 30%. When placed on Chroma, Octavia, Rhino, and Xaku, Subsumed Eclipse can only replace Vex Armor, Amp, Roar, and Xata's Whisper respectively. People complaining that Valkyr's ripline is useless have never seen her 3. Paralysis is absolutely horrifically pointless to ever use. I would say it's up there for one of the absolute most trash abilities in Warframe. Every time I accidentally hit 3 on Valkyr I swear at the wasted energy.
