19. Wipers. Wipers are such an incredible 80s punk/post-punk band, and they have some incredible guitar riffs. They create an incredible atmosphere with their heavy guitar riffs. They sort of remind me of a more experimental version of the Dead Kennedys too, minus the high vocals of course.
