I recently adjusted the valves and performed an oil change because it wouldn't idle properly and was throwing the dreaded P2646 code. The idle cleared up perfectly, found the exhaust valves were tight as hell. Take a look at the wiring harness where it plugs into this switch. Make sure that it is undamaged and securely plugged in. Trace the wiring back and see if it is damaged anywhere. Step 2 is to buy a new Honda pressure switch, not the whole block, and replace the old one in the module. Solder two wires directly to the pins. Use 18AWG auto wire, cut two lengths about a foot long. Pot the whole thing in RTV and let it cure. Re-install the block and cut the connector off the harness.
