If your wristband is flashing purple lights, your wristband forgot what time it is. If you have an alarm set, that could be a problem. To fix this problem, open your Neosensory app and connect your wristband to the app. The app will tell your wristband what time it is. The purple lights will stop flashing, and your wristband will go back to normal.
