Mercari item arrived damaged

The items were packed properly with plenty of bubble wrap and craft paper the box when leaving my posesion was 100% secure. Well the customer just recieved their packaged and messaged me to tell me that they are requestiong a refund because 2 items arrived damaged. They didnt elaborate on which items and I am pretty crushed.

The bottom also had a dent in it so that the item does not stand up on its own. I'm pretty sure the seller shipped it that way because the box wasn't damaged enough to have done that to the item.
