Check your transmission fluid level and condition. Also check for any obstruction of the transmission cooler. Check for mud, debris, bags or anything blocking the airflow. JeepHerz.

Best advise is to make sure you have the least amount of stuff you can blocking the grill. sink the winch down in frame, remove grill inserts etc.
