Fallout 4 beginning stuck

Keyboard get no response to continue. Mouse get no response and courser just disappears. So I'm just stuck at this screen unable to continue my game or even start a new one. Mind you its not locked in the since the game freezes the scene/video is still playing as if I'm just afk. I can still use my keyboard to alt+tab out, can still shift+tab ...
