You will probably not see anything on CUE about a software update as due to some problems Cadillac is not sending a lot of over the air software update. The software update is 22.10 and service should be aware of it by now.

Is there a fuse for just the bottom or does one fuse work them all? It clicks when you hit the on button but nothing happens.I came to the Cadillac forums to find a solution and what I found was a replacement CUE System from GM PARTS HOUSE. Have your dealer set up a technical case with XM/Sirrius, and they will get it corrected. They were able to fix the XTS within a day. The 3 month trial is correct, it should be active and functioning.But, I noticed that the door seems to open when my finger tips are warmer vs cooler. I guess I could use touch sensitive. However, the device has to be able to detect the touch. I suspect some inanimate objects may not work. I have 60K on the vehicle and called Cadillac to see if there was a recall since so many people are reporting the same issue. There was no recall or service bulletin for this problem but obviously its an issue since so many people are having it. Someone did a video saying it could be the dcm module. I don't know if the mic goes by a dcm unit ? It could be frozen, so they suggest to unplug the car battery for minimum 1h. Like.
