The Anarchy skill tree has one skill you have to put a skill point into that decreases magazine size in favor of increased fire rate (I could be wrong) on the Infinity it completely bricks the gun, but if you have the Dragons Keep DLC some of the class mods from chests and drops can increase magazine size and override the Anarchy skill. Gaige as a "shock character" had never been true. Her pitiful bonus of 15% to shock damage is not worth considering. In UVHM, using the appropriate damage type vs shield, flesh, or armour, and using slag, will do much more damage than the 15%.
