I think the Rhomphalia that you get in battania is best, has a super long blade very easy to land hits and has bonus dmg vs shields. The "Decorated Long Pine Shaft" has the best length-speed ratio by far and there's no competition. The "Double Hook Wings" have the fastest speed.
